Wednesday 8th June – Optional overnight stay or arrive early on Thursday morning.
Thursday 9th June – Regatta Race Day, Royal London Yacht Club, Cowes, Isle of Wight – Regatta Dinner and Prize giving with Overnight Stay & Breakfast included.
Friday 10th June – Optional exhilarating RIB ride to The Hut restaurant in Colwell Bay.

We have been busy organising #PropSail2022 and would be delighted if you were able to join us as PropSailor this year!
PropSail is part of the PropEvents and is fantastic sailing, fundraising and first-class networking property regatta that is guaranteed to sell out fast! Heading into its third year, the property event is likely to follow a similar format to 2019.
The PropSail Team would be delighted if you could kindly register your interest by replying back to this email. You do not have to organise any crew or boat.
The sailing boats will be one design keel boats, J-70’s (x12) OR Sonar’s (x9). Each boat will have a total of X4 PropSailors.
The Skipper and Crew Briefing will be on Wednesday 25th May – Registration at 6PM – RORC London Club House, 20 St James’s Place London SW1A 1NN. All skills and experience will be very similarly matched in each boat, giving equal standings and plenty of opportunity to network. To confirm the total PropSailors in each boat is x4.
On Friday 10th June there is an optional exhilarating Private RIB ride to The Famous Hut restaurant in Colwell Bay, Isle of Wight. You will be picked up from the RLYC jetty and taken to the restaurants VIP upper deck for a fantastic property networking lunch, before dropping you back in Cowes late afternoon.
Once we receive your registered interest all costs and further information will be provided.
