Investment Summary

• 128,106 sq ft (11,901 sq. m) total GIA arranged over seven retail warehouse units, an A3 pod and two additional storage units.
• A diverse tenant line up including Next, Boots, TK Maxx, Argos, Home Bargains, Decathlon, Peacocks and Costa.
• Vendor was seeking offers in excess of £21,100,000 (Twenty One Million One Hundred Thousand Pounds) subject to contract and exclusive of VAT.
• A purchase at this level reflects a 8.25% Net Initial Yield after purchasers costs of 6.75
