Jason Antill, Managing Director


Jason studied Real Estate at Brookes University graduating in 2001 and qualified as a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 2004.

In 2008, he set up PRE, a niche commercial Chartered Surveying firm offering professional services to both landlords and tenants across the UK. Now celebrating its 10th successful year the company is looking to continue to grow in services and size without loosing its core values.  competitively priced with an enthuses on customer service.

Jason became the Chairman of the Oxford Brookes Real Estate Society (OBREMS) in January 2017 and is aiming to increase membership, support the successful graduate bursaries along with charitable causes such as LandAid.

In 2018 Jason helped set up PropSail in association with PropSki which is now a permeant fixture in the property calendar.

His biggest achievement to date was working with the OBREMS committee to raise thousands of pounds at the 7th & 8th Annual  dinners. This money has gone towards charitable courses and back to the graduates at the University.


Oxford Brookes Real Estate Management Society

In 2017, Jason became the Chairman of the Oxford Brookes Real Estate Management Society (OBREMS). In his role as Chairman, Jason is aiming to increase membership, while continuing to support the successful graduate mentoring scheme and raise monies for graduate bursaries, along with charitable causes such as LandAid.

PropSail Sailing Regatta

An avid skier and sailor, in 2018 Jason helped set up PropSail in association with PropSki. An event which brings together property professionals for a day of sailing and an overnight stay in Cowes, Isle of Wight.

PRE Chartered Surveyors Account Managers get to know the customers individual needs and their business, identifying what matters to them. Establishing priorities and financial objectives, as well as longer-term aims through the project life-cycle. We then break down that information to identify which of our broad range of services would most benefit the client.

Those services are designed to mitigate risk, save money and reduce the amount of time our clients spend on their Real Estate assets.

We seamlessly interlink our services, so our solutions are always coherent, and efficient. The Account Managers keep our clients up-to-date about the latest industry trends and best practice in Corporate Real Estate. It allows them to take advantage of the new ideas and disruptive technologies improving many areas of commercial life.
