Pure Real Estate Services Ltd (PRE) is an expanding, niche, commercial chartered surveying firm celebrating 13 successful years in business. Its main clients and projects are mainly in central London and the South East of England. The company has a strong social culture and a large loyal client base with majority of work coming from repeat business and referrals. The young dynamic team is friendly, experienced and professional, specialising a range of multidisciplinary building surveying services.
This new exciting role is an excellent opportunity for a Commercial MRICS Building Surveyor with at least a minimum of 5+ years’ qualified experience who is now looking to take the next step in their career to Associate Directorship position with a substantial fee share of all worked produced.
The ideal person will be a dynamic, client facing individual who has a proven track record in managing surveying assignments from initial client meetings tender proposals through to completion.
You will be working closely with Jason Antill MRICS the Managing Director and will have the autonomy to lead the Building Surveying division who will cover the full project and professional services including but not limited to; Project Management / Contracts Administration, Dilapidations, Party Wall matters, DDA reports, Schedule of Condition, Pre-acquisition Surveys.
You may feel there is little growth or no career opportunities at your current company/position and wish to set up your own new department with your personal management style. We already have a good name/brand in the industry and a talented friendly trained team with systems in place to support you.
An existing client base in the property industry would be ideal, however we can help with this with an already large client list on our CRM System.
The role:
Working on Commercial property assets, the role has a technical due diligence bias, although you will be expected to carry out project management services on an ad hoc basis.
This will include:
- Project Management
- Contract Administration
- Dilapidations
- CDM advice
- Building surveys
- Technical due diligence
- RCA’s
About you:
The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, client facing individual who has a proven track record of past projects to a very high standard of work. You will be involved in some fantastic projects and be rewarded with uncapped fee sharing opportunities for career progression.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified member of the RICS (Building Surveying pathway) and have minimum 5 years’ experience, working in a commercial practice.
