Jason Antill
Founder & Managing Director
Jason Antill founded PRE Chartered Surveyors in 2010, providing expert, cost-effective consultancy across the UK.
A graduate of Oxford Brookes University, he served as Chairman of the Real Estate Society and founded the university’s Built Environment Mentoring Scheme, which has flourished for over 16 years.
An MRICS since 2004 and elevated to Fellow (FRICS) in 2025, Jason has led PRE through 15 years of consistent growth. He is a member of the Court of The Chartered Surveyors’ Company and a recognized expert witness in measured surveys. Jason also remains a key industry figure through PropEvents, having helped establish PropSail in association with PropSki.
Rob Keen (MRICS)
Building & Project Associate Director
Rob joined PRE in 2026 to bolster the Building Surveying and Project Management department, bringing 10 years’ experience in the construction sector. He leads the regional team, working closely with leadership to drive growth across London and the South East.
Human touch: Outside of work, Rob is a keen Arsenal fan and can often be found hitting the ski slopes or out on the cricket field.
Alan Wilson (BSC Hons)
Building & Project Lead
Alan joined PRE in 2022 and is completing his BSc in Chartered Building Surveying through an apprenticeship. He conducts measured surveys, technical due diligence, and assists with project management responsibilities.
Human touch: Alan enjoys regular sport, family time, and is currently teaching himself car maintenance, one bolt at a time.
Joshua Upson (BSC Hons)
Building & Project LeadJoshua joined in 2024, bringing hands-on construction experience from both London and Sydney. He supports measured surveys, plan creation, and technical reporting, and is studying toward RICS accreditation.
Human touch: Driven by big goals, Joshua is currently training for a future half Ironman.
Ana Marset (BSC Hons)
Senior Architectural CAD Technician
Ana joined PRE in 2021, bringing an industrial engineering background and a meticulous approach to modelling and project analysis. She ensures accurate drawing production, project scoping, and time planning across a wide range of briefs.
Human touch: When not at work, Ana can usually be found tackling DIY projects or staying active with new sports challenges.
Guilherme Carvalho
Senior Architectural CAD TechnicianGuilherme joined in 2018 after completing his MSc in Geoinformatics for BIM at UCL. He oversees CAD quality control, timeframe planning, and training, alongside producing area measurements, lease plans, and architectural documentation.
Human touch: Away from work, he spends most of his time exploring parks, playgrounds, and beaches with his son.
