Property Description

• The original structure was an early 20th century masonry and timber structure. This has been demolished
• The works aim to build a modern structure offering hall space, meeting rooms and other amenities

PRE Role

• Joined the project in the early stages
• Have acted as Project Management support to the existing PM, offering advice in matters such as contractor disputes, variations and legislative compliances such as planning conditions
