Measurement

Measurements are taken on-site as found, under the conditions at the time, and in accordance with our standard contract terms. We measure to the dominant internal face of perimeter walls, as well as the walls enclosing toilets, stairs, and core areas. Using a combination of steel tapes, "Leica Disto" laser devices, and other advanced surveying tools, measurements are taken between key turning points along walls and recorded manually on detailed sketches. These include overall dimensions, diagonals, and verification checks where required. To ensure maximum accuracy, we compare our calculated floor areas with client-provided data and information gathered through our own research.
