Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Degree qualified (or graduating soon) in Building Surveying or a related RICS-accredited course
- Passionate about commercial property
- Confident communicating with clients
- Curious and eager to learn
- Organised and proactive
- Commercially aware
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Full UK driving licence desirable but not essential
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll gain exposure across both Building Surveying and Project Management, including:
- Commercial building surveys
- Dilapidations
- Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs)
- Defect diagnosis
- Contract Administration
- Refurbishment and fit-out projects
- Project Management
- Employer’s Agent instructions
- Schedules of Condition
- Technical Due Diligence
- Client meetings
- Site inspections throughout London and the UK
Unlike many graduate schemes, you’ll also learn the commercial side of consultancy by helping develop client relationships, networking with clients and understanding how projects are won.
APC Support
Becoming Chartered matters.
You’ll receive:
- Structured APC programme
- Dedicated APC Supervisor and Counsellor
- Regular mock interviews

- Paid RICS membership
- Time allocated towards APC preparation
