We’re looking for an ambitious Senior Surveyor, Principal Surveyor or Associate Director to lead and grow our Measured Building Surveying division.

The Opportunity
You’ll take ownership of an established service line with the freedom to shape its future.
Working alongside our Directors, you’ll play a key role in expanding our measured surveying capability while collaborating with our Building Surveying, Project Management and Sustainability teams.
This is a leadership role with genuine progression to Director for the right individual.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and delivering measured building survey projects across the UK.
- Growing and developing the Measured Building Surveying division.
- Building long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Winning new business and generating your own opportunities.
- Preparing fee proposals and negotiating appointments.
- Mentoring and developing junior surveyors.
- Investing in new technology and improving survey workflows.
- Working closely with Directors to help shape the future of the business.
- Representing PRE at networking events, client meetings and industry functions.
This is not a desk-bound role. We want someone who enjoys meeting clients, spotting opportunities and helping grow the business.
Who We’re Looking For
You’ll ideally have:
- MRICS (or equivalent experience considered)
- Strong experience in measured building surveys and reality capture technologies.
- Experience with laser scanning, point clouds and CAD/Revit workflows.
- Commercial awareness and the confidence to speak with clients.
- A proactive attitude and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Leadership qualities with the ambition to build and lead a team.
- A desire to help shape the future of a growing consultancy.
