The Role
You’ll lead a diverse range of Building Surveying and Project Management instructions including:
- Technical Due Diligence
- Building Condition Surveys
- Contract Administration
- Project Management
- Defect Diagnosis
- Specifications and Tender Documentation
- Refurbishment Projects
- Client Advisory Services
You’ll manage commissions from instruction through to completion while delivering the exceptional level of service PRE has become known for.
